About Reportstracking Concrete and How Referrals Work
Who We Are
Reportstracking Concrete is a referral service. We help homeowners planning new concrete work find independent local providers. That is the whole job. We are not a contractor, and we do not send out crews of our own.
Why We Exist
Planning a driveway or patio can feel like a lot. You have to think about the base, the thickness, the drainage and the weather. Then you have to find someone to do it. We built this site to make that first step simpler. It gives you plain tips to prep your own list, and a path to a provider when you are ready.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us about the project. It might be a new concrete driveway, a patio or a stamped surface. We look at your town and the type of work. Then we point you toward an independent provider in our network who handles that kind of job near you. Availability varies, and so does the season. Spring and fall often fill up fast in cold climates.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to be clear and honest with homeowners. That means:
- Explain the plan in plain words.
- Give a written quote before work starts.
- Talk about base prep, control joints, slope and curing.
- Follow local rules for permits and inspections.
Providers run their own businesses. They carry their own tools, staff and any licenses or insurance the law requires where they work. Ask to see those details before you hire.
What We Do Not Do
We do not pour, finish, cut or seal concrete. We do not set prices, promise start dates or inspect the finished slab. We do not give legal, building or insurance advice. Your contract is with the provider, not with us. Read it, ask questions and keep a copy.
How We Are Paid
Providers in the network may pay Reportstracking Concrete a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. You pay the provider only for the work you agree to, under a written quote. Getting a referral does not lock you into anything. You can say no, compare options and take your time.
Do the Easy Prep Yourself
Measure twice, pour once. Before you talk to anyone, you can measure the space, mark the edges with spray paint or stakes, and note where water runs after rain. Photos help. So does knowing where your frost line sits, since a provider will ask. Leave digging near utilities, structural questions and the pour itself to a pro.
